บ้านต้นไม้ ปาย รีสอร์ท ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ ที่มีภูเขาล้อมรอบ มีแม่น้ำปายไหลผ่าน และ น้ำจากภูเขาไหลลงมาเป็นห้วยทราย ไหลลงสู่แม่น้ำ จากบ้านต้นไม้ ปาย รีสอร์ท ไปไม่ไกลมากนัก มีแหล่งกำเนิดของน้ำพุร้อนน้ำแร่จากธรรมชาติ อุณภูมิสูงถึง 80 C' ทางบ้านต้นไม้ ปาย รีสอร์ท ได้ต่อท่อไว้ให้ท่านเปิดอาบ หรือลงไปนอนแช่ในช่วงฤดูหนาว อุณหภูมิที่อำเภอปายในตอนเช้าประมาณ 5-7 C' ท่านจะอยู่ท่ามกลางทะเลหมอก สัมผัสกับธรรมชาติที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์
